What a “Head of Digital Growth And Marketing” does?

One of the most important responsibilities in the business, will fall to Head of Digital Growth & Marketing: expends our customer base, strengthen our relationship with current users, and make Circles the most visible and reliable brand in our space. This is a senior leadership position with a direct line to the CEO and significant influence over how the company moves forward commercially.

You will not be handed a playbook. You will write it. Working with multi-functional teams across product, technology, & operations, you will design campaigns that convert, build systems that scale, and develop a team capable of executing at the highest level.

What you will do?

Strategy of Digital Marketing

  • Develop & manage a detailed digital marketing plan that covers every stage of the customer experiences, from initial impressions to enduring loyalty.
  • Make sure the team is always working on what matters most, linking marketing objective with the broader business strategy.
  • Keep connected to market trends, rival activity, and change in consumer behaviour, & turn that knowledge into competitive edge.

Management of Campaign:

  • Lead whole campaign planning, from briefing & innovation to launch, optimisation, and post campaign analysis.
  • Make that campaigns are consistently on-brand, on-budget, & built around a clear measure of success.
  • Manage connection with various agencies & supplier by holding them to the same standards as yourself.

Engagement & Retention:

  • Build lifecycle marketing strategies that remain customers engaged and returning.
  • To send the correct message to the right person at the right time, use automation, division, & customised.
  • Work with the product team to make sure the post acquisition experience lives up to the promises marketing makes.

Performance Analysis:

  • Own the marketing data. Know your numbers. Understand what they mean & act on them rapidly.
  • Create dashboards and reporting frameworks that give leadership clear visibility into marketing achievement.
  • Cultivate a culture of testing within the team, always learning, always improving.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Experience

  • At least have 8 years of experience in digital growth and marketing.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition & keeping.
  • Expertise with CRM systems and marketing tools.
  • Awareness of campaign optimization, reporting, & analytics.
  • Leadership & team management skills.
  • Strong communication & coordination abilities.
  • Experience in telecom, startup, or digital companies will be preferred.
